About Us
Earlier this year, Jackie Ferreira (founder of Growing PAWS) bought a German Shepherd Puppy and, after many years of not having a pet, was shocked by the prices of dog toys. Subsequently, after surfing the internet for cheap, durable toys was left with only one thought.
” I will have to make my own”
From this thought was born “Growing PAWS” to assist in supporting other dog owners with affordable, quality products that will encourage the healthy, holistic growth of any puppy into a mature dog. Testing all products on her own family dogs first, allows for improvements or changes on products and new creative new ideas. Dreaming big gave her the opportunity to develop these products.
Our purpose is to provide Affordable, quality dog products
With most of our products being handmade we first
started with the production of the chew ropes. Using
T-Shirt yarn we created our 3 basic chew rope products.
Realizing that dogs are more interested in the dangling
bits “Octo chew” and others were crafted.
